Lady Gaga topped the Billboard 200 chart with her new release 'Chromatic'.

The 34-year-old singer debuted her sixth studio album - and her first solo release since 2016 - debuting at number one on the music charts at the end of May.

According to Billboard, Gaga achieved her sixth number one album with a new release, as 'Chromatica' topped the 200 charts in the US. This chart-topping success shattered Gaga's record, the global superstar now set the fastest (nine years) record, with one female star achieving six number one albums.

The songwriter is one of eight female stars, with at least six number one albums. Not only does Chromatica make its debut, but it is also the biggest opening week of 2020.
