In the 1950s, English coastal resorts were inundated with holidaymakers. Nowadays, seaside cities are usually associated with decay and poverty with popularity and prosperity.

Will the coronavirus lockdown tip affect the terminal decline at these locations - or will the government's goal of further relaxing the lockdown rules next month significantly save the summer weather?
