In 2004, Britney, 38, created the SJB Revocable Trust so as to guard her assets and to make sure that her two children are provided for’ financially, and control of the fund has now reportedly been transferred to Jamie Lynn, 29.

It has also been reported’ that Britney will remain under conservatorship until a minimum of 2021.

In 2008, following a public struggle with psychological state difficulties, the Toxic singer was deemed incapable of creating sound decisions. on her own behalf, and was placed under the joint conservatorship or guardianship of her father Jamie, and her attorney Andrew Wallet, until the latter stepped faraway from this responsibility in 2019 and therefore the former gained full control over his eldest daughter’s financial and private life.

Britney had filed an invitation to be liberated’ from her father’s conservatorship, but a judge in l. a. ruled last Wednesday that the pop star remain under guardianship ‘indefinitely’, or until February 2021 at the earliest.

However, the appointment of Jamie Lynn as trustee of her sister’s fortune marks the primary occasion upon which any control over Britney’s assets has been transferred’ from her father.

According to legal documents obtained by The Blast, an idea has also been established’ on how Britney’s estate are going to be managed within the event of her death.

The most recently filed documents reportedly state: ‘Upon the settlor’s death, the whole principle of the Trust, including all accused. In addition, undistributed and unrealized income, alongside any insurance on the settlor’s life or other assets payable to the Trust as a result of settlor’s death shall be promptly distributed’ by the Trustee to the trustee or co-trustee of the BJS Kids & Family Trust, to be held, administered and distributed in accordance with its terms’.

It has been reported’ that former Zoey 101 Jamie Lynn signed off on documents, which will make sure that Britney’s sons will become beneficiaries of her assets within the event of their mother’s death.

The documents state that Jamie Lynn was originally named’ as trustee in 2018, when Jamie Spears and Andrew Wallet amended the trust, during a move approved.

The documents also state that Britney will remain the only beneficiary of SJB trust until her death.
