KATHMANDU: February 13. A man was killed when he was hit by a van belonging to the Chief Minister's office in Province 2 on Friday,
The deceased has been identified as 40-year-old Jaya Prakash Sah, a tempo driver from Kalyanpur Municipality-12, Siraha District. His tempo (Sa 1 Ha 3043) was targeted by a Scorpio van (Province 2-02001 Jha 0057) belonging to the Chief Minister of the province 2 cleaning campaign.
Injured, Shah breathed his last on his way to the hospital for treatment.
According to police, the driver of the van has been arrested for further investigation.
