WASHINGTON U.S. Secretary of State Mike Pompeo said Wednesday that the Trump administration is banning five Iranian ship captains from transporting oil to Venezuela.
Speaking to reporters, Pompeo said the US continued to support Venezuelan opposition leader Juan Guido.
Washington, and many other Western governments, have demanded the ouster of Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro and has identified Goodo as the legitimate leader of the OPEC country.
