The US has blocked Pakistan's efforts to charge the Indian citizen with terrorism.
Pakistan and India have witnessed historical clashes over borders and historical events, most notably in the 1947 brutal partition of British India into India and Pakistan. Tensions between the two have escalated after four Indian nationals were recently linked to terrorist attacks in Pakistan.
Indian government officials have told the Times of India that the US has blocked a proposal by the United Nations Security Council (UNSC) 1267 sanctions committee to investigate Indian nationals.
Indian architect Venu Madhav Dongra, an engineer working in Afghanistan, is one of four Indians involved in terrorist attacks in Pakistan.
Pakistan is trying to list Dongra as a global terrorist with the support of the UNSC committee China.
The UNSC 1267 committee has been set up to monitor terrorist groups operating in Afghanistan, such as ISI, al-Qaeda, and other affiliates.
This includes China, the US, Britain, France, and Russia, with five permanent members and 10 permanent members.
In September last year, the US proposed a terrorist charge of technical grip, hoping to present further evidence against Dogra.
Pakistan has not presented new evidence, but the UNSC has stressed its list.
The US has therefore informed the UNSC committee that this is the measure that will be prevented and, consequently, the measure.
If they want to target Dongra, Pakistan now needs a new proposal.
Last year, India and the US accused Dongra of retaliating to the UN ban on Jaish-e-Mohammed chief Masood Azhar.
China has tried four times to prevent a proposed ban on Azhar before collapsing with other UNSC members in 2019.
He said for years that there was "no concrete evidence" against Pakistan Azhar and used Indian national Kulbhushan Jadhav to accuse India of supporting anti-Pakistan terrorist groups.
India has made fresh efforts to offer asylum to Islamabad terrorists after China allowed the ban to continue.
Islamabad has prepared a "fabricated" document on Dongra, alleging that the Indian government is financing terrorism and that the radical terrorist group Tehreek-e-Taliban is linked to Pakistan.
This was followed by similar allegations against three other Indians working with an Indian company in Afghanistan, all of whom returned to India.
An anonymous Indian official said: “We never expected Pakistan to come up with any serious evidence.
“In the case of Azhar, China also had to repeal the proposed ban because it was not only the mastermind of terrorist attacks but also headed an organization that the United Nations was already running.
"We hope that Pakistan learns a lesson from this and does not insist on banning other Indian citizens who are wrongly associated with terrorism."
China and India are witnessing the killing of 20 Indian soldiers along the border of the Galvan Valley near Kashmir on June 16.
China's strategic experts have warned India not to cheat on China, like Pakistan and other neighbors do.
Professor Lin Minwang of Shanghai at the Fudan University Center for South Asian Studies said, "It is common to see hot nationalism in India, but we don't have to worry about India's policymakers to further provoke nationalism." Will kidnap
"When India is in conflict with Pakistan or other neighbors, nationalism can lead New Delhi to carry out real operations, but when it comes to China, it's a different story."
US involvement in the alliance underscores the Indo-US alliance, and, amid rising tensions with China, is closely linked to Pakistan through the satellite program and the proposed "economic corridor" of trade Huh.
