President Donald Trump has called Philosophy Professor Dr. Democratic Vice nominee Kamala Harris “radical”, Cornell West said Wednesday.
In an
interview with Trump in June, Dr. West criticized him as a "neo-fascist
gangster in the White House." Describing himself as a democratic
socialist, Dr. West mobilized politicians from both the Republican and
Democratic parties. While Trump tried to portray Harris as a member of the
Radical Left, the West did not.
"I want
Trump to know the people, I'm a heretic," West said in an interview with
CNN on Wednesday. "My dear sister [Kamala] Harris is not a fanatic - she
is a centrist and a liberal. I love her sister, she is my AK sister and
everything, but at the same time, I find that when it comes to serious class
differences it speaks for itself. Not in favor of workers.
“We also have
to tell the truth about the people who vote,” he said. "So I do not
support them, I vote for them."
West warns
that if Presidential Democratic presidential candidates Joe Biden and Harris
still maintain their ties with neo-liberal imperialism, we are going to be
another slow disaster rather than a quick one. "
Biden reached
out to the campaign for a Newsweek comment.
Despite his

As the first
black woman to run for vice president, some observers believe Harris could
attract progressives and black voters in favor of Biden in November. Harris,
widely regarded as a safe alternative, could complete Biden's own political
platform without alienating voters with a liberal outlook.
The Trump the administration reacted quickly to Harris' announcement that Biden was a running
ally. Following the news of Biden's election, the Trump campaign released a
video calling Harris a "phone".
"Biden
described himself as a transition candidate," the ad said. "They are
handing over the reins to Kamala. They have jointly embraced the radical
left."
Speaking at a
news conference Tuesday, Trump said Harris was "a big tax razor, he's a
big money cutter for our military, and he's got a lot of tough things to
explain."
"Also,
he's very bad - one reason that surprised me, and she too - is probably more
atheist than Pocahontas [Massachusetts Senator Elizabeth Warren] Joe
Biden," Trump said. "He behaved very rudely towards Joe Biden and it
was very difficult to elect a person who was disrespectful. During the debate -

Speaking to an
audience in Arizona on Tuesday, Vice President Mike Pence said he was not
surprised’ by the news that Harris had been selected as the Biden Running Mate.
"As you all know, Joe Biden and the Democratic Party have outgrown the
radical left," Pence said. "So given his promises to abort high
taxes, open borders, social medicine, and demand, it should come as no surprise
that he chose Senator Maurice."
Harris
criticized Trump during a campaign event in Delaware on Wednesday, saying,
"I inherited the longest economic expansion in history from Barack Obama
and Joe Biden. Then, everything he inherited went straight to the ground."
