Brazilian President Jair Bolonsarro said on Monday that he had taken another test for the coronavirus novel, which has been linked to the symptoms associated with COVID-19 respiratory disease, local media reported.
Bolzonaro told supporters outside the President's Palace that he had just been hospitalized and tested for the virus, and an examination showed that his lungs were "clean". CNN Brasil and the newspaper Estado de S. Paulo reported that he had symptoms. The president's office did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
