Mom Lynn Daughters Legal Docs by Britney Spears to get finance

Lynn Spears wants to know about the finances and beliefs of her daughter Britney Spears. The pop star's mother appealed to a Los Angeles County court on Monday to receive a special notice on "all matters" relating to the Spears SJB Revocable Trust, in court documents obtained by ET.

The "Stronger" singer filed with the SJB Revocable Trust in 2004 to secure her multi-dollar assets and set up her two sons for the future. According to "The Blast", it was established "to keep and maintain his physical and financial assets at the time of his death and to provide for the distribution of his assets."

In May 2019, Lynn sought special notice on all matters relating to Brittany's defense, in which she had no prior role.

"Britney's mother always wanted to earn a place in Britney's patronage," one source told ET. "Her mother tried on some different points," the source said.

In May of this year, Brittany’s nutrition was extended at least until the end of the summer. According to court documents obtained by ET at the time, Judge Brenda Penny issued an order authorizing temporary guardian Jodi Montgomery to remain in Spears' custody until at least August 22, 2020.

According to Docs, the extension comes when the judge decides that the case cannot be tried because of the COVID-19 pandemic. Spears' father, Jamie, stepped down as his mentor in September 2019. Jamie petitioned the court to hand over the reins of the singer, citing ongoing health issues. A judge approved the request and appointed Montgomery, Spear's longtime caretaker, as her new guardian.

In 2008, Lynne was put in a Brittany involuntary state of mind. In 2010, Lynn opened ET about Annoying Night.

"With the hospital, it was a terrible time, because I felt so helpless ... I was his mother," she said. "It's a long journey and we still have a lot of bumps, you know, but we're comfortable."
