Serbia makes it mandatory to wear masking, public meetings

Serbia has implemented new socio-differences and other restrictions to deal with the resurgence of new cases of coronavirus.

The state crisis committee said on Wednesday that wearing face masks should be kept at a distance of 1.5 meters even when possible and that public ceremonies should be limited to more than 10 people.

The Balkan state has seen a rise in new epidemics after President Alexander Music said parliamentary elections on June 21 and the re-imposition of the weekend curfew. The new measures will take effect from Friday.
